Kiev – Antisemitic inscriptions began to appear en masse in the Kiev subway. The first graffiti with aggressive appeals appeared on the machine for buying tokens. Director of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee, Edward Dolinsky reported this incident on his Facebook page.
