Keine große Überraschung. Alle Jahre wieder. Aber Hauptsache der "kulturelle Austausch" mit diesen Institutionen, und die Geschäfte, wie auch der "Dialog" mit dem Regime werden weiter kräftig angekurbelt... Mal schauen, ob sich mit einem neuen Außenminister etwas ändern wird.
