Auch im Winter kann ein Strandbesuch sehr schön sein, mal ganz abgesehen von den Sonnenuntergängen, die in Israel immer wieder wunderschön sind…

Physically attacked for his positions and forced to flee his home in Australia when it was vandalized by extremists, it is perhaps no wonder he began the preface to his 2018 book, “The Tragedy of Islam: Admissions of a Muslim Imam,” with the words: “It is highly likely that you will one day hear that I have been murdered.”
Tawhidi, who describes himself as the “Imam of Peace,” has said “Palestine is Jewish land” and that he doesn’t believe in Islamophobia as “phobia is an irrational fear. Fearing ISIS is not irrational.” He has criticized Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) as “absolute frauds and Islamists” who “promote hatred against the Jewish people.”
Political cartoons, when done right, can play an important role in societal discourse, criticizing and illustrating the foibles of those in power.
Yet all too often, cartoonists use their poison pen to launch one-sided attacks against the only Jewish state. While The New York Times following controversy over a clearly antisemitic cartoon announced in 2019 that it would no longer publish editorial cartoons, artists around the world have ramped up their efforts to demonize Israel.
Here’s our top 10 of the worst anti-Israel cartoons published this year....

A recently leaked European Union document outlining E.U. strategy to help extend Palestinian control over Area C of Judea and Samaria reveals “a gross violation of Israel’s sovereignty and jurisdiction by purported allies,” Naomi Kahn, director of the International Division for Regavim, an Israeli NGO that deals with land issues, told JNS.
Under the Oslo Accords, Area C, covering 60% of Judea and Samaria, commonly known as the West Bank, falls fully under Israeli authority.
The funding, allocated with the support of the Israeli Innovation Authority, will be used for industry training and placement programs for 2,239 Israeli Arab men and women over the next two years.

Immer wieder diese "schreckliche Apartheidpolitik" der Israelis.....
The CBS calculated that of the 9,656,000 people who live in the country, 7,106,000 (73.6 percent) are Jewish, 2,037,000 (21.1%) are Arab, and 513,000 (5.3%) are defined as “others,” including non-Arab Christians, members of other faiths and those listed as not belonging to any religion.

"The war created a new situation of increased antisemitism in Russia," says Goldschmidt, who served as Moscow's chief Rabbi up until he spoke out against the war and was subsequently removed from his position.
