       Es ist kein Zufall, dass iranische Oppositionelle in ihren Grußadressen an die tunesischen und die ägyptischen Revolutionäre stets davor warnen, die Islamisten zu unterschätzen. Ihre Sorgen werden durch die offen zur Schau gestellte Begeisterung des Regimes in Teheran über die Kairoer Demonstrationen gespeist. Die ist nicht verwunderlich, sehen die Ajatollahs die prowestliche ägyptische Diktatur doch seit dem Friedensschluss mit Israel als einen ihrer Erzfeinde an.
      Die Ziele der ägyptischen Moslembrüder, deren ideologische Vordenker Schriften mit so eindeutigen Titeln wie „Unser Kampf mit den Juden“ verfasst haben, sind trotz des sunnitisch-schiitischen Gegensatzes jenen des iranischen Regimes durchaus ähnlich.

      Das beste Rezept gegen den Einfluss von Islamisten auf die ägyptische Revolte wäre ein Sturz des iranischen Regimes.
      Wer sich über die tunesische Revolution kein bisschen freuen kann und nicht zumindest jenen Revoltierenden in Ägypten Sympathie entgegenbringt, die Besseres zu tun haben, als kollektiv Allah zu preisen, klammert sich an eine „politische Stabilität“, die dem Staat Israel in der Vergangenheit zwar eine fragile Sicherheitsarchitektur in der Region ermöglicht hat, aber kaum noch Perspektiven für eine langfristige Minimierung der Gewalt bietet.

      Wer sich jedoch von seiner Begeisterung dazu verleiten lässt, den arabischen Aufbruch blindlings abzufeiern, verschließt die Augen davor, dass Volksaufstände schon viel zu oft das Schlechte durch etwas Schlimmeres ersetzt haben. Die keineswegs dominierenden, aber immer wieder auftauchenden Bilder, auf denen die Demonstranten Mubarak mit aufgemalten Davidsternen als Judenknecht brandmarken, rufen in Erinnerung, worin dieser Aufstand enden könnte.

      Die exil-iranische Aktivistin Fathiyeh Naghibzadeh über den Aufstand in Ägypten, die Muslimbrüder und die Rolle des Iran
      Fathiyeh Naghibzadeh stammt aus dem Iran und lebt seit 1985 in Berlin im Exil. Sie studierte Pädagogik und ist heute Aktivistin der exiliranischen Opposition. Naghibzadeh ist Co-Regisseurin des Films „Kopftuch als System – machen Haare verrückt“ und Gründungsmitglied des „Mideast Freedom Forum Berlin“. Sie veröffentlichte mehrere Beiträge, zuletzt in dem Band „Verratene Freiheit. Der Aufstand im Iran und die Antwort des Westens“, der gerade im Berliner Verbrecher Verlag erschienen ist.

Jafari said the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps is currently manufacturing 500km stealth radars and has plans to mass-produce long-range passive radars with a range of 1,100km.

      TEHRAN, Feb 08, 2011 (AFP) – An Iranian state-run company and China have signed a contract of around $13 billion to build a railway network in the Islamic republic, the firm’s website said in a statement.
      The contract to build a railway network extending 5,300 kilometres (3,293 miles) was signed when a Chinese delegation visited Tehran, the Construction and Development of Transportation Infrastructure Company statement said.
      It did not say when Beijing’s team was in the Iranian capital.
      The agreement comes at a time when world powers, including China, have imposed sanctions on Iran over its controversial nuclear programme.

      (08. Februar 2011/tl.) – Noch immer unklar ist das Schicksal von vielen der iranischen Christen, die im Dezember 2010 verhaftet wurden. Bei der Verhaftungswelle an Weihnachten waren dem „Center for Religious Freedom“ am Hudson Institute in Washington zufolge 600 Christen verhaftet worden.
      Ende Januar wurden einzelne Christen freigelassen. So wurden aus dem berüchtigten Evin-Gefängnis in Teheran vier Frauen freigelassen, in Isfahan kamen eine Frau und zwei Männer frei. Sie waren zusammen mit 30 weiteren Gläubigen während der Verhaftungswelle an Weihnachten gefangen genommen worden und verbrachten mehr als einen Monat in Einzelhaft. Das berichtet die schweizerische Organisation Aktion für verfolgte Christen (AVC).

      BERLIN – The Netherlands froze diplomatic relations with Iran last month because of the execution of Zahra Bahrami a Dutch-Iranian woman, and on Monday, The Hague recalled its ambassador to Teheran.
      „What happened between that moment [two days before the hanging, when Bahrami saw her mother] and the moment of execution we do not know.
      We have not found that out. We support the family at every level in their effort to obtain the body to either bury her there or get it repatriated,“ Dutch Foreign Minister Uri Rosenthal, who is currently in Israel, said last week.

      Die iranische Lesart der historischen Umwälzungen in der arabischen Welt ist vor allem eine innenpolitische. Der oberste Führer Ajatollah Chamenei lobt den Mut der Tunesier und Ägypter und verhöhnt damit implizit die iranische Opposition, deren Aufstand 2009 er brutal niederschlagen liess. Und die Opposition tut so, als solidarisiere sie sich mit ihren arabischen Brüdern und Schwestern, schiesst damit aber eigentlich gegen die eigene Regierung.

      TEHRAN (FNA)- Executive Vice President of Italy’s biggest oil firm for North Africa and Middle-East Region Guido Michelotti underlined on Tuesday that his company, Eni, has developed Iran’s Darkhovin oil field without paying any attention to the pressures and sanctions imposed against Tehran by certain western states.
      „We completed the plan for the development of Darkhovin oil field through cooperation with Iranian experts irrespective of the pressures and embargoes,“ Michelotti told reporters on the sidelines of a ceremony held in Southwestern Iran today to inaugurate the second phase of Darkhovin oil field development project.

From that moment, Hamas took complete control of Gaza.       In December 2009, Hamas approved a $540 million budget for 2010, the biggest share of which was from Iran. Mahmoud Abbas confirmed that in 2009 Iran gave Hamas $250 million and said Hamas could receive up to $500 million a year from the Islamic Republic: „As far as I know, Hamas receives $250 million. [Maybe] every six months, [maybe] every year. Hamas is funded by Iran. It claims it is financed by donations, but the donations are nothing like what it receives from Iran. It doesn’t amount to one fourth, one fifth, or even one percent of what [Hamas] gets from Iran.“ [4]
