The Israeli army announced Tuesday that they had thwarted a terror attack on the Golan Heights earlier in March.
The Israel Defences Forces said that Hezbollah operatives were working together with Syrian troops to stage an attack on the Israeli forces.
However, weeks before the event IDF monitors began picking up suspicious activity in the buffer area which prompted an investigation, the Israeli army was then able to hit a vehicle that was tied to the terror squad on March 2.
