In a first for the new Israeli government, the coalition permitted a series of new construction projects in Jewish settlements in the West Bank, Wednesday.
The subcommittee on settlements in the Civil Administration approved plans for building in the communities of Elkana, Mishor Adumim, Karnei Shomron, Kfar Adumim and Yitzhar, Ynet reported.
