Heute hat ein deutsches Gericht entschieden, dass Kuwait Airlines israelischen Passagieren den Transport von einem deutschen Flughafen aus, verweigern darf. Einfach nur SCHLIMM und sollte auf keinen Fall das letzte Wort in dieser Sache bleiben!!!!!!!!!! 🙁
Dazu das Statement von Rechtsanwalt Nathan Gelbart:
„It is hard for me to accept that at the end of the day this airline may continue to advertise flights from Germany to Bangkok to anyone except Israelis. Especially given the fact that the High Court classifies this action as discriminatory and illegal. Factual proplems on the ground at Kuwait Airport are home made by the Kuwaitis themselves and should not be a reason to dismiss the claim. We will consider possible further appeal procedures with our client and after having received the verdict in written. Now that justice so far has proven unable to solve this matter politics immediately need to take clear decisions and tell the Kuwaitis: it is either all or noone. No discrimination against Jews on German soil.“
