Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) reported that a host of a program on official Palestinian Authority TV claimed that “since food reveals each nation’s culture and history, the Occupation has attempted and continues its attempts to rob us of everything connected to our history: our garb, the keffiyeh, and foods like hummus and falafel.”
