The following are the new Health Ministry instructions:

Do not leave home except when absolutely necessary (for work, in accordance with the restrictions set out below and in accordance with separately published regulations regarding purchase of groceries and medicines, medical services and other essential services).
Do not leave home to go to parks, playgrounds, the beach, pool, libraries, museums, nature reserves and parks or other public spaces, except with children in a family framework or with a pet (by yourself).
Do not hold classes and extracurricular activities, not even with a minimum number of participants, including sports classes and gyms. This regulation applies to both private and public classes and extracurricular activities. Sporting activities may be held in a group of up to 5 people on condition that a distance of two meters is maintained between them.
Social connections should be maintained by remote communication. Avoid hosting friends and family who do not reside in your home.
Guidelines for at-risk populations — The elderly and people of any age with severe chronic diseases; long-term respiratory illnesses including asthma; autoimmune diseases; cardiovascular disease; diabetes; immune system disorders and conditions; malignant illnesses should all avoid leaving their homes as far as is possible and hosting people at home, except for essential services. Seek assistance from friends and family to bring supplies.
Reducing the need to leave home by employing the following tools:
1. Remote work, video calls and conferencing
2. Every employer must make sure a distance of two meters between employees is maintained and ensure personal and environmental hygiene rules are also maintained.
3. Delivery services — only as far as the doorstep
4. Dental care — It is recommended to postpone all treatments and perform only absolutely necessary and emergency treatments.

Kurzzusammenfassung der verschärften Auflagen:
Nicht mehr aus dem Haus gehen, außer wenn absolut notwendig, z.B. zum einkaufen, für medizinische Versorgung, Beerdigungen, genehmigte Arbeit oder im Notfall.
Kurze Ausflüge von zehn Minuten mit Kindern und/oder Hunden sind erlaubt.
Parks, Strände, Spielplätze, usw. sollen nicht mehr besucht werden.
Keinerlei gemeinsame Aktivitäten mehr; kein Unterricht; kein Fitness; erst recht nicht mit mehr als 5 Personen und ein genereller Mindestabstand von 2m ist einzuhalten. Es wird empfoheln Zahnarzttermine zu verschieben.
Nur noch einzeln im Auto oder Aufzug fahren (außen mit engen Haushaltsmitgliedern); öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sollen gemieden werden.
Auf der Arbeit sollen Mitarbeiter mindestens 2m Abstand halten; vor dem zur Arbeit fahren Fieber messen; Hände waschen bei Ankunft, in Intervallen von max. 2 Stunden und vor dem Verlassen der Arbeit; soweit möglich nicht Mund oder Nase anfassen; WC Papier und Taschentücher sollen in der Nähe aller Mitarbeiter verfügbar sein.
Türen nicht mehr mit der bloßen Hand öffnen.
Keine Zusammenkünfte irgendeiner Art; nichts.
Soziale Kontakt ausschließlich über Telefon und Neue Medien.
Zu Hause viel lüften; Türen und Handgriffe desinfizieren; kein Besteck gemeinsam benutzen.
Es wird empfohlen nicht mehr zu rauchen; auch nicht e-Zigaretten
