Israel is changing its entry rules, allowing non-citizens with first-degree relatives in the country to visit their family.
The new rules, approved by the Population and Immigration Authority on Tuesday, are set to come into effect on Wednesday, as per a Facebook post from Dov Lipman, an ex-lawmaker with the Yesh Atid party.
