Internship in Israel * Shaping the future with New Kibbutz | AHK Israel | YouTube
The New Kibbutz program helps students from Germany to find a suitable internship, mainly in the Startup and High-Tech sector in and around Tel Aviv for a period of 2 to 6 months.
Supported by the Consulate General of Israel in Munich and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the German-Israeli Chamber of Industry & Commerce first started to bring German students to Israel in 2015. So far, more than 90 students have participated in the project and numerous reports of employers and interns give testimony of the profound impact they gained from it.
The program manager guides the candidates through the application process, takes care of their visa and supports them with all organizational matters, such as finding the right accommodation and adjusting to the Israeli lifestyle.
Once on site, the participants are included in a WhatsApp group so they can exchange information, arrange get-togethers and keep in touch. Cultural, political and economic excursions are taking place regularly and are organized partly by the project manager and partly by the Consulate General of Israel in Munich.
But see for yourself how our trip to the North of Israel looked like and what the interns say about the program.
