(March 1, 2024 / JNS) – The Art Institute of Chicago was at best intentionally indifferent to the antisemitic circumstances surrounding an Austrian expressionist drawing that it purchased, a 160-page complaint filed by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office alleges.
