WASHINGTON, D.C. – The White House was playing host Tuesday to a landmark signing ceremony for Israel’s historic normalization agreement with the United Arab Emirates and its peace declaration with Bahrain.
With the ceremony, the UAE and Bahrain will become the third and fourth Arab states to sign agreements with Israel, after Egypt in 1979 and Jordan in 1994.
