Former president and prime minister Shimon Peres was to remain in the hospital Monday for observation after complaining of chest pains the night before.
Doctors said they wanted to keep the 92-year-old statesman at Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer for observation and to prescribe suitable medication.
