Wroclaw – The prosecution in Poland filed a demand to the court to reduce the punishment of a Polish citizen who was convicted of burning the effigy of an Orthodox Jew during a demonstration against immigrants, and was sentenced to ten months in prison. The prosecution claims that „the punishment is too severe, this was not a crime“, and it requires to sentence the man to community service only.
