A 27-year-old Jewish woman that was stabbed early Wednesday morning in the Monkland Village of Montreal was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, a police official told JP Wednesday afternoon.
The stabbing took place when the woman, identified by sources as Smadar Brandes, was walking home around 12:45 a.m., and was stabbed at the intersection of Monkland Ave. and Girouard Ave.
