PALLYWOOD 3… (in English)

A close to perfect plot set out by Hamas for the world media…

On the left you can see the saddening photos, which were distributed by the press worldwide and which led viewers to believe that the Israelis had left Palestinians without electricity for days;
On the right „similar“ pictures, but from a slightly different angle or with a little bit of added information

These were the pictures that were distributed by the world media

And these are the pictures, which clearly show that these were staged scenes

This is what we were meant to see: women and children with candles in complete darkness…
(Photo: AP, Text Honestly Concerned)

…and even at demonstrations in other cities, no matter whether in the West Bank or elsewhere, one made sure that the protests took place at night, that everyone had a candle in hand and that the street and shop lights were bearly visible in the background!

Perfect Photo-Op:
Women and children with open arms and candles in hand

…again in the West Bank and elsewhere, with sad faces, Koran verses and candles in hand. This is exactly what the press wanted to see… turning off the the street lighting in the background would have given the picture the added edge, but a picture like this was definetly bound to get the media’s attention
(Photo: AP, Text Honestly Concerned)

How dare the Israelis leave these poor children out in the „dark“…?!?!
(Photo: Reuters, Text Honestly Concerned)

Or how dare the Hamas use these children (under the direction of these women) to pose for the media with candles in hand, at a time, when they should long be be in bed sleeping...

A Palestinian holds candles in front of the Church of the Nativity ...
This is exactly what we were supposed to see and perceive:
Peaceful, but desperate demonstrators left in complete darkness, with nothing but candlelight to shine the way, even in Bethlehem, in front of the Church of the Nativity, which was, of course, at no time, left in the „dark“
(Photo: Reuters, Text Honestly Concerned)

Again, this would have been an absolutely perfect picture with the darkness and candles in hand, had it not been spiled by the one shining light from outside the Church of the Nativity…!

Dying babies in incubators left without power were what was presented to the media during a tour to the European Hospital in the Gaza Strip on January 20, 2008.

But once again someone forgot to turn off all of the monitors... Isn’t it amazing how even the sunlight from the window above was virutally completely blended out in the picture on the left...?!?

 Parliament sessions in complete darkness…
(Photo: Reuters, Text Honestly Concerned)

Or parliament sessions in rooms where the blinds had simply been shut…
(Photo: Reuters, Text Honestly Concerned)

Helpless faces even in government circles…
(Photo: Reuters, Text Honestly Concerned)

…though all they had to do was to open the curtains and let in the sun!
(Photo: AP, Text Honestly Concerned)

How could a government left in complete darkness act against the constant bombardment of Sderot?
(Photo: AFP, Text Honestly Concerned)

Easily! All they had to do was to open the curtains… Pictures like these were not of interest to the world media, though, just like the media failed to acknowledge the months-long planning, which was necessary to organize the simultaneous fall of miles of „wall“ bordering with Egypt…
(Photo: Reuters, Text Honestly Concerned)

The „spontaneous“ blowing up of the border-„wall“ with Egypt took months of tedious cutting and happened anything but „overnight“….
