IsraelWappen[1]Jerusalem, 9. November 2014  – Das israelische Kabinett hat die Ernennung von 19 neuen Botschaftern genehmigt. 8 von ihnen sind Botschafterinnen. Simona Frenkel wurde zur neuen Botschafterin in Belgien ernannt und gleichzeitig zur nicht-residenten Botschafterin in Luxemburg. Auch in Jordanien wird Israel künftig von einer Botschafterin vertreten sein, Einat Shalein.

The Cabinet approved the following Foreign Service appointments:

– Irit Lilian – Ambassador to Bulgaria;
– Anita Mazor – Consul-General in Marseilles;
– Amir Maimon – Ambassador to Lithuania;
– Asher Yarden – Head of the Interests Office in Taipei;
– Gil Artzieli – Ambassador to Panama;
– Dan Stav – Ambassador to Azerbaijan;
– Daniel Kotner – Ambassador to Spain and non-resident Ambassador to Andorra;
– Zeev Boker – Ambassador to Ireland;
– Yael Ravia Tzadok – Ambassador to Cyprus;
– Yonatan Peled – Ambassador to Mexico and non-resident Ambassador to the Bahamas;
– Yehudit Varnai-Shorer – Consul-General in Atlanta;
– Liron Bar Sadeh – Ambassador to Latvia;
– Nisan Amdor – Consul-General in Bangalore;
– Simona Frenkel – Ambassador to Belgium and non-resident Ambassador to Luxembourg;
– Einat Shalain – Ambassador to Jordan;
– Aliza Bin-Nun – Ambassador to France and non-resident Ambassador to Monaco;
