According to the testimony of Secretary of State John Kerry in the Senate today, the impasse between international concerns about activities at the Iranian military facility at Parchin and the Iranian refusal to allow any inspections at military facilities were resolved by an agreement in which Iran will take its own samples from in and around Parchin and then provide them to international inspectors. Evidently, in his desperation to get a deal, Kerry put trust far above verify, and will assume that, even if it cheats, Iran will give an honest sample to the International Atomic Energy Agency….
